The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.4 - Tahsildar, Mysuru Taluk has failed to consider the representation given by the petitioner for mutation in the revenue records pursuant to the order passed by the 2nd respondent Deputy Commissioner in RP No.66/2018. The learned counsel submits that the petitioner had infact filed an appeal before the Assistant Commissioner in proceedings No.RRT(A)222/2008-09 and an order was passed by the Assistant Commissioner on 19.09.2018 and the Assistant Commissioner has allowed the appeal while directing the 4th respondent-Tahsildar, Mysuru Taluk to make mutation entries in favour of the petitioner / khatedar reflected in the RTC 2008-09. The Deputy Commissioner also confirms the order of the Assistance Commissioner and dismisses the Revision Petition filed by the respondents before the Assistant Commissioner. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:20040 WP No. 10864 of 2026 2. Learned Additional Government Advocate however submits that the petitioner never gave any representation to the Tahsildar, he straight away filed an appeal before the Assistant Commissioner. 3. This court is of the considered opinion that the Tahsildar ought to have entered the names of the parties in terms of the order passed by the Assistant Commissioner and the Deputy Commissioner. The Tahsildar need not to await the orders of the Assistant Commissioner to be uploaded on the website. 4. Accordingly, writ petition stands disposed of with a specific direction to respondent No.4-Tahsildar, Mysuru taluk to look into the order passed by the 2nd respondent Deputy Commissioner in RP.No.66/2018, issue notice to all concerned and thereafter proceed to enter the names of the parties in the revenue records in terms of the order passed by the Deputy Commissioner.
