Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has assailed Office order dated 02.04.2026, in terms whereof, the petitioner, who is serving as a Senior Assistant, has been transferred from GSSS Birla, District Sirmour, H.P. to GSSS Sangna-Sathana, District Sirmour, H.P. 2. On a query put to the learned counsel for the petitioner as to what is the stay of the petitioner at the said 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:12275 station, the Court stands informed that the petitioner has been serving at the present place of posting since 2012. 3. In light of the fact that the petitioner is serving at the present station for more than 13 years, he cannot agitate his transfer now to another station. 4. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed. However, as the transfer of the petitioner is not on his request, the Department would give due T.T.A and also provide joining time to the petitioner.
