Against the order dated 18.09.2024 passed by the disciplinary authority against which appeal was rejected on 08.11.2024 petitioner preferred a revision before the State Government, which was rejected on 24.12.2025. In so far as order passed by the disciplinary authority dated 06.02.2025 is concerned appeal filed by the petitioner has already been rejected on 31.05.2025. 2. It is argued by counsel for the petitioner that against the aforesaid order revision has already been preferred by the petitioner, which is still pending consideration. 3. In this view of the matter, present writ petition is confined only in so far as the orders passed against the petitioner dated 18.09.2024 against which appeal was rejected on 08.11.2025 and revision 24.12.2025 is concerned. 4. In so far as the order of punishment dated 06.02.2025 is concerned against which appeal filed by the petitioner has already been rejected on Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : C.S.C., Kanchan Mishra, Santosh Kumar Mishra Counsel for Respondent(s) : Rajendra Singh .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 4 Others .....Respondent(s) 31.05.2025, since against the order of punishment dated 06.02.2025 revision filed by the petitioner is pending consideration before the revisional authority the present writ petition is dismissed in so far as aforesaid relief is concerned.
