The petitioner has preferred this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a direction to respondent No.4- Tahsildar, Mungeli Distt. Mungeli (CG) to decide Revenue Case No.202504250200128/A-12/2024-25. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Revenue Case No.202504250200128/A-12/2024-25 has been registered by the Tahsildar, Mungeli pursuant to application filed by the petitioner for demarcation of his land bearing Khasra No.133/3, 390/4 and 529 area 0.267 hectare, 0.526 hectare and 0.405 hectare respectively, which has been pending consideration since 07.4.2025, but the same has not been decided till date. Hence, it is prayed that this petition may be disposed of by directing respondent No.4 to consider and decide the aforesaid revenue case within stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection if the above prayer of the petitioner is allowed. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Having considered the limited prayer of the petitioner, without entering into the merit of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction that in the event the petitioner submits a copy of this order before respondent No.4- Tahsildar, Tahsil Mungeli, Distt. Mungeli (CG), within seven working days from today, then respondent No.4-Tahsildar, Tahsil Mungeli, Distt. Mungeli (CG) shall decide the Revenue Case No.202504250200128/A-12/2024-25, as early as possible, preferably, within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order 6.
