1. Apprehending his arrest in connection with FIR No.149/2025, registered with Police Station Deeg, District Deeg for the offences under Sections 303(2), 317(2), 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 308(2) and 61(2)(a) of BNS and Section 66-D of IT Act, the accused-petitioner has preferred this criminal miscellaneous bail application under Section 482 of B.N.S.S.

Learned counsel for the accused-petitioner submits that the accused-petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is contended that the accused-petitioner is ready and willing to cooperate with the investigation. It is further contended that no transaction is alleged to have been made through the account of the petitioner, the petitioner has not committed any cyber fraud, and the other co-accused have already been enlarged on regular bail, therefore, his anticipatory bail application may be allowed.

3. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the grant of anticipatory bail application.
4. Heard and perused material available on record.
5. Considering the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner and without expressing anything on the merits of the case, this Court deems it just and proper to allow the anticipatory bail application of the accused-petitioner.

Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of B.N.S.S. is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest of the accused-petitioner- Taufik S/o Haqmuddin, in connection with FIR No.149/2025, registered with Police Station Deeg, District Deeg, he shall be released on bail, provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the S.H.O of the concerned Police Station on the following conditions:- (i) that the petitioner shall make himself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required; (ii) that the petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the court or any police officer, and (iii) that the petitioner shall not leave India without previous permission of the court.
