Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this petition, the petitioner has sought the quashing of transfer order dated 25.02.2026 (Annexure P-1), in terms whereof, the petitioner who is serving as a Junior Engineer, has been transferred from Seraj Division at Janjehli to Karsog Division. 2. Having heard learned Counsel for the petitioner as also learned Additional Advocate General, this Court sees to reason to interfere with the impugned transfer order. 3. In terms of the averments made in the petition itself, the petitioner in the month of January, 2019 was appointed at district Mandi, then in the month of June, 2019, he was transferred to Ner Chowk, in the month of November, 2019 he was transferred to Gohar and then, in the month of March, 2024, to Janhehli. This all demonstrates that since the year 2019, the petitioner has been 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:6889 serving at the stations which were adjacent to each other and therefore, the petitioner, who otherwise holds a State Cadre Post, cannot make any hue about the impugned transfer order. At this stage, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that T.A. has not been paid to him. In case, the T.A. is admissible to the petitioner, then the same be paid to him in accordance with law. 4. The petition stands disposed of.
