The petitioner’s application for transfer on the general ground of distance made sometime in the year 2025 is still pending. The School Authority has issued No Objection and forwarded the same to the District Inspector Schools (SE), Paschim Medinipur. 3. Since the Utsashree portal is presently suspended, the respondents will consider the application on offline mode. 4. The concerned District Inspector of Schools (SE) is directed to forward the said application along with No Objection and declaration by May 31, 2026 to the respondent no. 4, the Chairman of WBCSSC. 5. The writ petition is, thus, disposed of. 2 6. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. 7.
