When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr. Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the said certificates have been issued to the petitioner. The said statement is also conceded by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.
