Learned Government Pleader for Revenue, on written instructions from Tahsildar, G. Sigadam Mandal, submits that encroachments found in Sy.No.226 and 233-9 carried out by 33 and 35 encroachers respectively have been removed and caution boards erected on the sites, however, in respect to encroachments on Sy.No.236, it is submitted, shall be removed within a period of two months, therefore, this writ petition is rendered infructuous. 2 HCJ & CGR, J WP(PIL)_171_2026 Learned counsel for petitioner does not deny the same. Written instructions dated 06.07.2026 are taken on record subject to just exceptions. Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
