Heard Mr. T.K. Jha, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Ms. Vaishali Mahilong, learned Dy. Govt. Advocate, appearing for the State/ respondent No.1. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita with the following prayers :- “It is, therefore, most humbly prayed that this ROHIT KUMAR CHANDRA Digitally signed by ROHIT KUMAR CHANDRA 2 Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and quash the registration of FIR No. 0488/2025 lodged in P.S. Ambikapur, District- Sarguja (C.G.) dated 22.07.2025, along with Chargesheet No. 550/2025 dated 24.10.2025, taking congnizance of alleged offences u/s 384, 420 of IPC dated 29.12.2025 in Criminal Case No. 11555 of 2025 pending in the Court of learned JMFC, Ambikapur, District – Sarguja (C.G.), in the interest of justice. 3. On a pointed query being made from learned counsel for the petitioner as to what is the status of the present case as the order taking cognizance has been passed way back on 29.12.2025 and why he has not filed the present order sheet of the trial Court, he submits that he may be allowed time to file the same. 4. Considering the fact that the petition has been filed without annexing the latest order sheet of the trial Court indicating the status of the present case, the instant petition is dismissed on this ground alone with liberty to file afresh petition annexing latest order sheet of the trial Court indicating the status of the present case.
