Till date, no counter affidavit has been filed by the respondents. 3. The petitioner has filed supporting documents in respect of her request for issuance of patta for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. 4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if the aforesaid representation of the petitioner is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections if any from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom the respondents deem it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
