Learned Public Prosecutor has placed before this Court the factual report dated 30.03.2026 received in the Government Advocate Office from the Station House Officer, Police Station NEB, District Alwar, which is taken on record. As per the factual report, with the settlement and compromise between the parties, the Police after completion of investigation has already submitted negative final report.
