This is the bail application U/S.483 of the BNSS by the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Motu PS Case No.96 of 2023 corresponding to GR Case No. 404 of 2023 pending in the Court of learned District & Sessions Judge-cum Special Judge, Malkangiri for commission of offences punishable U/Ss. 302/201/34 of IPC, on the main allegation of committing murder of the deceased Karam Era. 3. Heard, Mr.Pranab Kumar Das, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. P.Satapathy, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor in the matter and perused the record. 4. After having considered the rival submissions and taking into consideration the nature and gravity of the offence as alleged against the petitioner vis-a-vis the accusations sought to be brought against him and regard being had to the materials placed on record including the specific allegation raised against the petitioner and keeping in view the circumstances available against the petitioner together with his alleged extra judicial confession before the witnesses and the role as alleged against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 5. Hence, the bail application of the petitioner stands rejected. Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of. A copy of this order be immediately communicated to the learned trial Court. (G.
