Heard Shri Arpit Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Abhishek Krishna, learned counsel for respondents No. 3 & 4 and learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.1. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners, seeking a direction to the District Magistrate, Azamgarh to decide the recall application dated 11.7.2022 bearing Case No. RST/2979/2023, filed by the applicants in Statutory Appeal No. 17/2010-11 (Naveen Prakash vs. Chairman, Nagar Palika Parishad, Azamgarh) which was decided ex parte by the District Magistrate, vide order dated 6.7.2022. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed the said recall application for recall of the ex parte order, soon after dismissal of the appeal and since then no effective order has been passed by the District Magistrate on the said recall application. 4. In the given facts and circumstances, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Azamgarh to decide the recall application, filed by the petitioners, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
