The report shows that the distance between the borewell of the petitioner and the septic tank of the respondents 3 & 4 is only 1 feet and 4 inches (0.4 meter). This shows that there is a possibility of a leakage of the sewerage and sediments into the drinking water. 2.Hence, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to ensure that the construction of the septic tank is prevented. This order will not stand in the way of the respondents 3 & 4 to get a connection for draining the sewerage into the underground line, which is proposed by the 1st respondent. 3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
