(2) Petitioners have challenged judgment and order dated 15.1.2026, passed by Additional Commissioner, Garhwal Division, Pauri in Revision No. 02 of 2023 -24. By the said judgment, revision filed by the petitioners was dismissed and Tehsildar was directed to take decision on the mutation application filed by respondent no. 4 on merit. (3) It transpires that respondent no. 4 filed an application under Section 34 of Land Revenue Act for mutating his name in the revenue record by contending that he is the co-owner of the land along with petitioner, however his name was left out from being recorded in the revenue record. Petitioners challenged maintainability of that mutation application by filing objection. Petitioners’ objection was rejected and the mutation application filed by the respondent no. 4 was entertained, vide order dated 22.9.2022. Petitioners challenged the said order, passed by the Tehsildar, in revision, which has been dismissed by the impugned judgment. (4) Since by the impugned judgment, Tehsildar was simply directed to consider the mutation application on merit and the lis was not decided by the Additional Commissioner, therefore, this Court do not 2026:UHC:4770 find any reason to interfere in the matter.
