Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced a copy of communication dated 03.03.2026, issued by Director of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-171001. The same is taken on record. 2. A perusal of communication reveals that in compliance with the directions passed by this Court and further as per the approval conveyed by the Government the petitioners have been allowed the benefit of revised emoluments on contract basis as per Government notification dated 12.01.2022, subject to final outcome of 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 LPA. Further the Principal of the concerned school, where the petitioners are working has been directed to fix the pay of the petitioners for the period they served on contract basis (TGT) at 60 % minimum of revised pay scale along with such hike to which they are entitled to. 3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 11.09.2025, passed in CWP No. 14511 of 2025, titled, Promila Saini and others vs. State of HP and another, has been complied with, except the arrears to be paid to the petitioners, the present execution petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to pay the arrears to the petitioners within two months from today.
