1. Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:-
“10.1. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ whereby quash/set-aside the impugned order dated 04.06.2025 (Annexuer P-1) issued by the District Education Officer, District- Janjgir- Champa
10.2. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased pass similar order in the instant case of the petitioner in parity with the order passed in W.P. (S) No. 11642 of 2025 (Smt. Renuka Singh Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and Others) as the petitioner is also a similarly situated employee. 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased issue writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ whereby direct the respondent authorities to consider the pending representations of the petitioner in the light of the order passed in W.P. (S) No. 11642 as the same is judgment in rem. 10.4 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly direct the respondent authorities to direct the respondent authorities to complete the counselling process in accordance with the Yuktiyuktkaran policy as per the correct seniority list. 10.5 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief/reliefs in favor of the petitioner, which
3 the Hon’ble Court deems fit & just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs of the petitioner. ”

At the outset learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has already submitted a representation before respondent no. 5 i.e. District Education Officer on 19.03.2026 vide Annexure P-10, therefore, he is not pressing this writ petition on merits and is only seeking direction to District Education Officer to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by petitioner at the earliest, within a specified time frame.

Learned counsel for State submits in view of the submission made by
learned counsel for the petitioner, he is having no objection.
4. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for the respective parties, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondent no. 05 to consider and take decision on pending representation Annexure P-10 dated 19.03.2026, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 06 months from the dated of receipt of this order.
5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition stands
disposed of. Certified copy as per rules. sd/-
