The Revenue Divisional Officer, Ongole Revenue Division, Ongole, istrict, 523225. andal, Prakasam district, ...Respondents 2 BSB,J W.P.No.18012 of 2026 Counsel for the petitioner: Nimmagadda Revathi Counsel for the respondents: Government Pleader for Revenue . 3 BSB,J W.P.No.18012 of 2026 The Court made the following Order: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ or order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of the respondents on the petitioner’s online F-Line application dated 05.01.2026 submitted for sub-division, conducting survey and fixation of boundaries for his landed property of Ac. 7.56 cents covered by S.No.1 situated at B.Madduluru Revenue village of Santhanuthalapadu mandal in Prakasam district, as illegal, irregular, irrational, amounts to non-discharge of legal obligation under the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923 and Board Standing Order 34-A and 34-B of the Andhra Pradesh Board of Revenue Standing Orders and offends Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents Nos.4 and 5 to conduct survey and fix boundaries by sub-dividing the land for the aforesaid land and pass such other order or orders as this Court deems fit in the interest of justice. 02. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue placed on record a copy of written instructions of the respondent No.4 vide Rc. No. DT / 148 /2026, dated.10.07.2026, wherein it is mentioned in paragraph No.3 as follows: “3. It is submitted that the Mandal Deputy Surveyor, Santhanuthalapadu – Respondent No.5, has submitted a report stating that, initially, as per the petitioner’s request, the boundaries of Sy. No. 1 of B. Madduluru village were shown. At present, the petitioner has requested a sub-division. The request of the petitioner shall be disposed of strictly following the due process of law. “ 4 BSB,J W.P.No.18012 of 2026 03. In view thereof, Sri Y.R. Sai Adarsh, learned counsel representing the learned counsel for the petitioner, requested to dispose of the writ petition recording the written instructions as part of the order. 04.
