Heard Sri. Manjunath K.V., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. Nagendra Naik R., learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

2. This Court on 20.02.2026 had passed the following
order:
"List this matter on 24.02.2026 in the 'fresh matters list'.
In the event, Rs.7,00,000/- as was undertaken is not paid to the respondent, the petition would be dismissed.
Subject to the aforesaid, interim order stands extended. "
Demand draft of Rs.7,00,000/-, today is paid to the respondent. The original documents are said to be in deposit before the concerned Court.
3. In the light of the compliance with the order, the petitioner shall file necessary application before the concerned Court for return of original documents and the same shall be returned without brooking any delay.
4. The learned counsel submits that the original sale deed is not placed before the concerned Court. In the event, the original sale deed is still with the respondent, Sri. Nagendra Naik R., learned counsel undertakes that he would return it to the petitioners.

5. With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands
disposed.
