“In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, It is most humbly and respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to: I. Admit this writ petition; II. Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ/order/direction, commanding the Opposite Party No. 4, the Ld. State Education Tribunal, Bhubaneswar, to hear and dispose of G.I.A. 4.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner at the outset contended that being aggrieved by the conduct of the Opposite Parties the Petitioner has already approached the learned State Education Tribunal by filing G.I.A. Case No.150 of 2022. He further submitted that although the case is pending for last four years, the learned Tribunal has failed to dispose of the same. Being aggrieved by such delay in disposal of his application, the Petitioner approached this Court by filing the present writ application.
5. On a careful consideration of the submission made by the
learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court deems it proper to dispose of the present writ application by directing the learned State Education Tribunal to make every endeavour to consider and dispose of the application of the Petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of communication of a copy of today’s order.
6. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
