The petitioner claims for free house site patta for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. The petitioner claims to be in possession of the same for a long number of years. The petitioner had given a representation on 20.01.2026 to the first respondent, seeking for issuance of free house site patta in his name. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, this writ petition has been filed. 3. Mr. D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner’s representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.
