The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Koderma P.S. Case No. 119 of 2024, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 379, 467, 468, 471, 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that only allegation against the petitioner is that he was present along with Vijay Kumar Sharma @ Vijay Kumar on the spot and demolished the boundary wall of the informant. He further submits that dispute is there between informant and Vijay Kumar Sharma @ Vijay Kumar and he has been granted anticipatory bail by the coordinate Bench of this Court in A.B.A. No.1443 of 2025. He also submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in para 12 of the petition. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations is there of coming on the spot along with Vijay Kumar Sharma @ Vijay Kumar. 5. Considering that at the spot 40 – 50 persons have gone and dispute is there with regard to land with Vijay Kumar Sharma @ Vijay Kumar and he has been granted anticipatory in A.B.A. No.1443 of 2025 and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in para 12 of the petition and in that view of the matter, the petitioner, named above, is directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks from today and the learned Court shall release the petitioner on such terms and conditions or the sureties as the learned Court may deem fit and proper.
