The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- has already been paid by A1 vide order dated 02.03.2026 in Crl.M.P.No.543 of 2026. 3.Considering the factual position, that the total amount involved is Rs.3,00,000/-, the condition in para no.7 imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.4104 of 2026 dated 19.02.2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- in Cr.No.3 of 2026 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.
