Borah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for State of Assam. This I/A has been preferred seeking condonation of delay of 111 days in preferring the connected jail appeal. The reasons for the delay have been explained at paragraph 8 and 9, which I have perused. Learned Additional P.P. has no objection to the prayer for condonation. Having regard to the above, I am of the view that the delay in preferring the jail appeal has been sufficiently explained. Hence, the delay stands condoned and I/A stands allowed.
