The present Writ Petition has been filed for a mandamus to direct the 5th respondent to remove the encroachment made by the 7th respondent in the Eetterai / Wested Poramboke Land Comprised in S.No.151/1 situated at Kannampalayam Sulur, Coimbatore, Coimbatore District as per the directions issued by the 2nd respondent vide proceedings in Na.Ka. No.396/ 2018/ Pay3 dated 16.04.2018 and also directions issued by the 4th respondent vide proceedings in O. At this juncture, learned counsel appearing for R7 / College would submit that they have already removed the encroachment. Even the counter statement of the year 2023, filed by the 5th respondent reflects the action taken by the 5th respondent in removing encroachments.
