ORAL ORDER
The petitioner has sought issuance of an appropriate writ directing the respondent to consider representation dated 16.10.2025 at Annexure-E, and for passing of appropriate orders by the authority. The representation dated 16.10.2025 is to the effect that petitioner has sought for re-fixing the compensation by invoking power under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894. 2. It is submitted that though compensation has been paid after taking note of compensation fixed as regards the similarly placed persons, however, interest on the compensation of 15% till the date of payment has not been made good. 3.
Sri G.M. Anand, learned counsel for the respondent, submits that, the representation at Annexure- E would be considered within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order and such consideration will be in accordance with law. - 4 -
