The representation dated 16.10.2025 is to the effect that petitioner has sought for re-fixing the compensation by invoking power under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894. 2. It is submitted that though compensation has been paid after taking note of compensation fixed as regards the similarly placed persons, however, interest on the compensation of 15% till the date of payment has not been made good. 3. Sri G.M.
