He pointed out that the name of Advocate Mr. Janmesh Vora was inadvertently remained to be added in the appearance section. He further states that due to a typographical error, the Respondent has been erroneously referred to as "Respondent - NCB" instead of “ Respondent - Vanrai Police Station ” at multiple places in the said order. 3) He is not pressing for corrections suggested in paragraph nos.2 and 3 of the praecipe. 1/2 P.H. Jayani 502 BA2235.2026.doc 4) In view of the above, the following corrections be made in the Order dated 12/06/2026 :- (i) In the Appearance Section on Page 1, the name “ Mr. Janmesh Vora ” shall be added after the name of Mr. Siddharth Mehta. (ii) In paragraph 3.1 at line 2; in paragraph 3.1 at line 9; in paragraph 3.2 at line 3; in paragraph 5 at line 14 and in paragraph 5.1 at line 16; the words “Respondent – NCB” shall be deleted and replaced with the words “ Respondent – Vanrai Police Station ”. 5) After effecting the aforesaid corrections, the original Order dated 12th June, 2026 be corrected and the corrected order be uploaded on an official website of this Court. 6) Praecipe dated 15th June, 2026 stands disposed of.
