No.22/2A2C at Mulanur Village to his other lands at virugalpatti village and Anikadavu Village, Tiruppur District. 2. 2. When the matter had come up on 20.02.2026, this had passed the following order: “It is fairly admitted that the pipe lines which have been demarcated in violet in the sketch attached in page no:52 of this petition are the pipe lines laid by the 9th respondent without getting any permission. Therefore, it is clear that the pipe lines laid are illegally laid ones and the same shall be removed and report shall be filed in this regard.
