Learned Government Advocate-cum-Additional Advocate General submits that though the petitioner has acquired eligibility for grant of permanent parole but, he being permanent resident of [2026:RJ-JP:21337-DB] (2 of 2) [CRLW-517/2026] State of Gujarat, for want of certain information from concerned District Magistrate, no decision could be taken on his candidature. 3. In the aforesaid backdrop, this writ petition is disposed of with the following direction as agreed and requested by learned counsels for the respective parties:- “(i).
