The petitioner claims that she is in possession of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition for a long number of years. The petitioner seeks for re-classifaction of the subject property as patta land of the petitioner. The petitioner also seeks for issuance of patta in her name for the subject property. The petitioner had given a representation on 12.01.2026 to the respondents for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s representation. 6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 1st respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner’s representation, dated 12.01.2026 seeking for re-classification of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition as patta land and thereafter, issue patta in the name of the petitioner for the subject property, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
