When they reached the address of the petitioner, it reported to them that the petitioner is expired and placed a report to that effect. The death certificate of the petitioner is appended to the said report. It appears from the report that the petitioner has expired, on 05.02.2011. 2. Let the report filed by the State be taken on record. 3. Considering the entire situation, since the petitioner has expired, nothing is left before this Court to decide the matter. 4. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
