JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 25-03-2026 Heard the parties. 2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 43 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 137(2), 140(1) of the BNS. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have abducted the victim. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 22.10.2025. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case as from the impugned order, it appears that the victim girl in her statement recorded under Section 180 of the BNSS has said that she had eloped with the petitioner. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19266 of 2026(2) dt.25-03-2026 2/2 is allowed. 7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below, where the case is pending, in connection with Lakhisarai P.S.
