JUSTICE AVNEESH JHINGAN O R D E R % 21.01.2026 1. This petition is filed for seeking further extension of period for concluding the arbitration proceedings. Earlier extension of six months was given vide order dated 04.07.2025 upto 04.01.2026. 2. Learned counsel for the non-applicant on instructions has no serious objection to the prayer made. 3. Reliance is placed upon the judgment of the Supreme Court in Rohan Builders (India) Private Limited v. Berger Paints India Limited 2024 INSC 686 and the relevant paragraph is as follows: “19. In view of the above discussion, we hold that an application for extension of the time period for passing an arbitral award under Section 29A(4) read with Section 29A(5) is maintainable even after the expiry of the twelve- This is a digitally signed order.
