This is an application for anticipatory bail. 2. The present petitioner among others are indicted under Sections 21(c)/25/29 of the NDPS Act. 3. Brown sugar of commercial quantity has been recovered. Statements of other accused persons were recorded. 4. On perusal of CD, it appears that strong incriminating materials are there against the present petitioner. The allegation is serious. 5. Therefore, anticipatory bail is refused. But the Trial Court may consider bail application at a 2 subsequent stage without being influenced by this order. 6. CD be returned. 7.
