The Court made the following order:
Sri J.Ravi Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition. Permission, as sought for, is accorded. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition. There shall be no order as to costs.
