Kharkrang, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner who is stated to be the Ex-Lyngdoh of Kur Paliar of Nobosohphoh Syiemship, was removed from office on 28.06.2024, and against the said removal order, a political appeal being Misc.
