The present writ petition has been filed with the grievance that respondent no.3 has not handed over the charge of the post of Additional Chief Officer, Zila Panchayat, Udham Singh Nagar, to the petitioner, although, he was transferred to the said post vide order dated 26.05.2026 by the State Government. 2. Learned counsel for the Zila Panchayat, on basis of instructions received, states that charge has been handed over to the petitioner on 11.06.2026, which is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
