ORAL ORDER
Heard Smt. Keerthi Krishna Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Sri.B.N.Jagadeesha, learned Addl. SPP appearing for respondent No.1 and have perused the material on record.
2. Learned Additional SPP appearing for the respondent-State, on instruction and verification of records would submit that the charge sheet is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would also admit that charge sheet has been filed including petitioner-accused No.4. While filing the charge sheet, accused No.4 is said to have shown as absconding.
4. The petitioner-accused No.4 was not aware of the conditions ordained in the order of anticipatory bail and therefore, had not appeared before the concerned Investigating Officer. Therefore, the petitioner shall now appear before the concerned Investigating Officer within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. Insofar as the charge sheet is concerned, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to call in question the filing of the charge sheet against the petitioner-accused No.4, as well.
Ordered accordingly and Criminal Petition is disposed.
