The present application has been filed alleging willful and deliberate violation to the order dated 23.03.2026 passed in IA(C)No.3511/2025 arising out of WP(C)No.3102/2025. 3. In the order dated 23.03.2026, there was a direction upon the petitioner in WP(C)No.3102/2025 to make payment of the dues to the applicant in terms with Section 17B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. 4. Mr. M. Sharma, the learned counsel who appears on behalf of the respondent submits that an amount of Rs.6,18,783/- has already been paid to the petitioner. 5. Taking into account the above, nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon in the instant contempt application, for which, the instant application stands closed. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
