ORDER:-
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of the India seeking the following reliefs:-
“issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the Assessment Notice in Lr.No. ADE/O/HDPT/F.NO/D.NO/3119, dated 1.7.2015 issued by the 5th respondent as illegal, arbitrary, Unconstitutional and contrary to the provisions of the Electricity Act and consequently set aside the same and consequently direct the 5th respondent to restore the petitioner's Service Connection No.7311101002985 category LT2 (B)-non domestic and commercial at Hindupur, Ananthapur District and pass such other order or orders….”
2. No representation on behalf of the petitioner and heard learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
3. The claim of the petitioner herein is that the issuance of an assessment notice dated 01.07.2015 by the respondent No.5 demanding payment of Rs.4,83,006/- is contrary to law and also contrary to the General Terms And Conditions of Supply. Hence the said notice is liable to be set aside.

On the other hand, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents furnished written instructions issued by the Deputy Executive Engineer, APSPDCL, Hindupur, wherein, it is stated that pending the Writ Petition, the petitioner was paid all the dues at the satisfaction of the respondents and the respondents are neither taking any steps nor proposed any coercive action for

disconnection of the electricity service connection in respect of the property of the petitioner.
5. In view of the written instructions and categorical submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, the grievance of the petitioner was already redressed by the respondents. Therefore, nothing survives and no further orders are necessary and the Writ Petition is liable to be closed.
6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. There shall be no
order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
