Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the State-Respondent no.1, Sri Krishna Kant Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondent nos.2, 3, 4 and 5, Sri Satish Chaturvedi, learned counsel for the respondent no.6 and perused the record. 2. Pursuant to the order dated 24.8.2026 passed by this Court, Sri Sachidanand Tiwari, Chief Manager, Law Administrative Office, State Bank of India, Prayagraj is present in Court. 3. It is admitted between the counsel for the parties that on the complaint made by the petitioners for wrong withdrawal of Rs.11,75,600/- by cheque no.530764 of, reply has already been submitted by the petitioners on 28.3.2018. 4. It is argued by the counsel for the petitioners that the papers and documents as sought for by the Respondent-Punjab and Sind Bank vide letter dated 6.11.2017 have already been submitted by them to the Punjab and Sind Bank. 5. In this view of the matter, since the aforesaid papers and documents were not brought on record by the counsel for the petitioners, we direct the petitioners to submit the necessary papers and documents as required by the Respondent-Punjab and Sind Bank vide letter dated 6.11.2017 within three weeks from today along with certified copy of this order. 6. If it is so, Chief Manager, Punjab and Sind Bank, Mahatma Gandhi Marg, Civil Lines, Allahabad will decide the same in Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ravindra Narayan Singh, Ishir Sripat, Rahul Sripat, Rahul Sripat(Senior Adv.) Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Krishna Kant Tiwari, Satish Chaturvedi, Shyam Sunder Singh Lily Roy And Another .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 5 Others .....Respondent(s) accordance with law within a further period of six weeks from the date of submission of the aforesaid papers. 7.
