Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. Mr.S.Balaji, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), appearing for the respondent 1 and 2 states that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition. 4. In view of the same, the condition imposed in Para No. 9 (iii) of the order dated 03.01.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.15020 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.1318 of 2024 is modified, and the petitioner is directed to appear once in three months before the trial Court until further orders. All other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered. 5.
