The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to consider the case of the petitioner and directed the Respondent no. 2 to decide the representation dated 16.03.2026 submitted by the Petitioner. 2 / 2 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief as it may deems fit and appropriate. 10.3 Cost of the petition.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner is dismissed from the service vide order dated 22.01.2026, against which petitioner had submitted representation before respondent No. 2 on 16.03.2026 which is pending consideration, therefore, direction be issued to the respondent No. 2 to consider and take decision on the representation, at the earliest, within specified time frame. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that in view of the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner, she is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing the respondent No. 2 to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a further period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of order passed by this Court. 5.
