Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 3. The petitioner has filed supporting documents along with this writ petition in respect of the petitioner’s representation dated 04.02.2026. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner’s representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner, and after hearing the objections of all the necessary parties, whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5. For the foregoing reason, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner’s representation, dated 04.02.2026 seeking for modification of the A-register, chitta and adangal records for the land morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, by including the name of Shri Senbagavalli Mariyamman Kovil (temple) in the revenue records for the subject property, after hearing the objections of all the necessary parties, whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire, and after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
