Diengdoh, (J): JUDGMENT AND ORDER (ORAL) 1. Heard Mr. S. Choudhury, learned counsel for the appellant, who has submitted that this appeal has been filed by the appellant, being aggrieved and dissatisfied by the impugned judgment and order dated 07.08.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in WP(C) No. 229 of 2026. 2. However, in course of hearing, the learned counsel has made a prayer that this appeal may be disposed of at this stage, with liberty to the appellant to file an appropriate review application before the Single Bench. 3. It is also further submitted that pending filing of the review application, status quo as on today, may be maintained. 4. Though, formal notice has not been affected, Dr. N. Mozika, learned DSGI assisted by Mr. G. Lyngdoh, learned counsel is present on behalf of the respondents No. 2-8 and Ms. B.S. Goyal, learned counsel has also appeared on behalf of the respondent No. 1, however, proper instructions and power have not yet been filed. 5. Be that as it may, on the submission of the learned counsel for the appellant, we hereby disposed of this appeal without going into the merits thereof.
