When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Mr.S.Santhosh, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), appearing for respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the learned District Munsif-cum- Judicial Magistrate, Omalur, vide order dated 05.12.2025, directed the second respondent police to examine the petitioner’s complaint along with the documents produced and to register an FIR without delay, if the allegations disclose a prima facie cognizable offence.
