In this writ petition, the petitioner prays for direction upon the respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner’s Society and their labourers for peaceful possession and construction over the land in question. He further prays to direct the respondents to strictly comply with and implement the order dated 2.11.2025 (Annexure-2) passed by the Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Magistrate, East Singhbhum, Jamshedpur in Misc. Case No. 24/25- 26, whereby the matter was decided in favour of the petitioner holding interalia that the members of the petitioner’s Society are 2026:JHHC:11073 2 bonafide purchasers through registered sale deed and the opposite parties have failed to produce documents showing their title or right, having no locus standi and if they claim title, they may approach civil court. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that every time he goes over his land, the villagers are creating hindrance. He submits that he has filed a representation before the respondent authorities, but they are not taking any action. 4. Considering the grievance of the petitioner, I direct the petitioner to approach the Deputy Commissioner, Jamshedpur East Singhbhum who will consider the grievance of the petitioner and take appropriate steps, if it is found that the property belongs to the petitioner. If the petitioner wants police protection, the same will also be provided, subject to the actual cost to be paid by the petitioner. 5.
