Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner prays for bail as the petitioner has been arrested on 29.01.2025. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner is a foreigner who has been intercepted. The documents which have been produced is against the petitioner and supports a prosecution case that the petitioner has his origin at Bangladesh. Having considered the period for which the petitioner is in custody, State is directed to expedite the process of trial. At this stage, the prayer for bail is rejected. Accordingly, CRM (M) 426 of 2026 is dismissed. 2 All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
