Learned counsel for the respondents No.2 and 3, on instructions from Mr. Shiv Kumar, submits that Mr. Mahesh Chand was proprietor of M/s Krishana Enterprises. He has passed away. There is nothing on record disclosing his family members as successor or otherwise entitled to his dues. The petitioner may be directed to produce documents in support of their claim so that admitted liability may be released. 3. Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner would submit the documents with respect to its entitlement in view of death of proprietor of M/s Krishna Enterprises.
